Thought Police Bill: Threat to Internet Neutrality, Threat to Bill of Rights

Isn't this kind of lke the fox (pun intended) guarding the hen house?

What we have here is a blatant attempt by the Beltway crowd to stifle the rest of us. The commodity called fear has no limit inside that Beltway.

The administration and the Congress are so afraid of the truth that they will stop at nothing to avoid it. So now they are going to punish those of us who dare to seek the truth and when we find some of it demand these powers to do something about it. So WE are the problem! I don't think so.

I did hear that Dennis Kucinich did make a comment about his NO vote on the issue. He indicated that he voted no because "I read the bill and it's a bad bill"! He went on to explain that many of these types of pieces of legislation get tossed in front of members of Congress and are moved upon without much fanfare. This one certainly warrants a much greater degree of scrutiny than a resolution naming the bald-faced liar the official bird of the Bush administration.

The country can do a good job of ridding itself of "domestic terrorists" by voting out all elected officials of the Bush administration come next November and follow that up by voting out those 400 members of Congress who voted in favor of this treasonous piece of legislation as well as well as all members of the Senate who are probably going to approve some form of this treason.

I think what I am advocating above does not cross the line drawn in the sand by this trash bill since, if read carefully specifically expresses that these treasonous "public" officials be voted out of power. Last I looked voting was a non-violent expression of one's political position.

Ah but when you have these people(?) defining the terms, strange things can happen.
