Saw it last night. The thing that bothered me the most is Turley's statement about appointing Durham, an employee of Mukasey's, meant DOJ can try to limit the scope of investigation/charges. An independent counsel that Congress has requested would be so more likely to do a real investigation, no matter how honorably Durham proceeds.
