An Obama-Edwards Team Would Crush Clinton

I'm just saying....

Obama: 25 delegates.
Clinton: 24 delegates.
Edwards: 18 delegates.
Edwards and Obama together: 43 delegates.

If they stick us with Hillary, a pox on both their houses!

IMPORTANT FOOTNOTE: How accurate was NH vote counting? Nobody can possibly know. And here's why. But the swing for Clinton is bizarrely at odds with the polling.

email to Kucinich campaign

Dear Dennis and Team

I actually can't believe that Dennis is only getting 1% in New Hampshire. This can mean only one of two things.

1. Either his campaign has just plain failed with the people of New Hampshire - in which case, though I still agree with him, I can't support his Presidential campaign any more. No matter what the reason may be - media exclusion being the key, probably - a candidate who gets 1% is not viable.

2. Or else there is a vote fix, which I can very easily believe. It is now incumbent on Dennis to demand an urgent hand recount of the votes (only a candidate can do so) and on his NH supporters to make a noise about it. Why would we trust Diebold's results, anyway? Of course, this would be a drawn-out process with no certain result, and the media win is already in for Clinton, but it still must be done if there is any likelihood (and there is) of a vote fix.

If Dennis doesn't challenge the vote, I can only assume that number (1) applies, and sadly I can no longer support his campaign. I will still vote for him, though.

Thanks for all your good work.

OMG - 2 states out of 50 and you give up...

No wonder Americans "think" they have no hope for impeachment...

Go Kucinich '08! kucinich.us

Dear pirateking

If I may reply to your comments:

The second point you make is, for me, a given. Dennis is exposed to the history of vote rigging in America and should be asking tough questions and demanding hand counts. Imagine if he did that after EACH primary election, the exposure of many State's inabilities to secure the people's vote could be just enough to wake America up; That our democracy IS NO BETTER than Kenya's. It's that Americans are too timid to be so desperate, yet!

Not meaning to skip the first point, I have but one question: Did you ever really want it? If so, how does giving it up so freely compare to Franklin's words, "Those that give up freedom for a sense of security deserve neither"? Please don't abandon that hope for a small sense of some security, tomorrow. Just look at what you give up in return, for it outweighs what you freely exchange it for. Remember, learn from how Congress has "COMPROMISED" your rights, by not compromising your own hopes.

.

Dennis must challenge

My 2 points are completely connected. If Dennis challenges the vote in NH, I'm right behind him. If he doesn't, then I see no point in supporting his campaign.

If all he has is the truth and people's votes, he has a hope, however slim. But if all he has is the truth, and people's votes can be bought wholesale from Diebold, then running for president is simply not a viable strategy for change. Other strategies may still be viable, but that one is not.

Having reviewed the figures, it looks as if the fix WAS in, but apparently not for Dennis's bid. The candidate who bought the votes from Diebold was Clinton.

Obama was weak enough not to challenge the results. Dennis should do so, not for the sake of his own presidential bid, though it's obviously a prerequisite for that, but for the sake of the truth, which after all, is his only ally.

Of course there's a possibility of Dennis winning. If impeachment goes ahead quickly enough, it could happen. I don't think it's likely. But if the vote fixing goes unchallenged, there is literally no chance.

follow-up email to Kucinich campaign

Sorry, let me clarify that. I will still support Dennis if he challenges the voting results, regardless of his own result. But there is simply no point in running a presidential bid based on truth, not money, in a system where votes can be bought wholesale from Diebold. From the discrepancy between exit polls and the count in NH, it looks as if Clinton bought the votes in this case, but the point remains - Kucinich needs to challenge because he could never win under such a corrupt system.

observation by Toni Serafini

Here is my input from NH: I was participating in a Citizen Exit Poll in Peterborough: and poll watching.
long lines, record turn out of first time registrations. Paper ballots and optical scanner. 1 scanner. Polls closed at 7pm.

Here is the actual unofficial results at 7:15 pm information first:
Info off the ticker tape: Total ballots cast: 3,270, Dem = 2,085, Rep=1185, 4 overseas ballots not part of 3,270, total write-ins = 530 which include both VP and Pres races. only Pres results are below.

Dem results: Total ballots= 2,085
Biden=3, Richard Edward Caliguiri=2, Clinton=549, Edwards=347, Gravel=1, Kucinich=70, Laughlin=1, Obama=975, Richardson=115
write-ins = 15, blanks=7

GOP results: Total ballots = 1185
Gilbert=2, Giuliani=97, Huckabee= 95, Marchuk=2, McCain=523,Mitchel=1, Paul=83, Romney=344, Supreme=1, Thompson=10
write-ins = 16, blanks =9

Sample of Citizen Exit Polling: Obama=49,Hillary=26, Edwards=14, Richardson=8, Kucinich=7
McCain=23, Romney=16,Giuliani=5, Huckabee=3, Paul =3

I don't know where this bit of info should go- but hopefully one of you statisticians can work up the % etc and any anomolies.

statewide results

i don't think you can work anything out from such a small sample. You need to look at statewide results. Anyone know where those are available?

the "smoking gun"...

what you need are the statewide results and exit polls, divided into 2 groups: those areas that are counted electronically and those that are counted by hand.

If this information is available, it would be very easy to tell whether there is a statistically significant difference between the results in the electronic and hand-counted areas. This would be virtually a "smoking gun" of vote tampering.

But even without the "smoking gun", just the observed discrepancy between exit polls and the final results for Clinton and Obama should be enough to suspect something fishy.

"Some more statistics from the data shows that Obama in non-Diebold towns garnering 38.7% of the vote to Clinton's 36.2%. The results in Diebold towns show the exact opposite: Clinton with 40.7% of the vote and Obama with 36.2%.

Not only are the positions swapped but the informal statistics have the second place candidate holding 36.2% in both cases, which could easily be a pure coincidence. What doesn't make a lot of sense to me right now and this could be a mathematical mistake on my part is where Clinton got the extra 2% of votes in Diebold towns.

All the other numbers almost exact for every candidate, even Edwards who recieved 17% of the vote in Diebold towns compared to 17.6% in non-Diebold towns. That still doesn't make up for the extra 2% vote Clinton is receiving when she leads in certain towns compared to when Obama has the lead."

In 2000, we had to have a recount in Chatham County, North Cackilacki . . . At the time, I was chair of one of the county political parties as well as being on the ballot.. . Working with another poll volunteer who was also a computer engineer/programmer, we isolated that indeed ALL the county voting machines had a "software defect" in the code that was "flipping" the count on MY election. . .

. . . by this time, I had years of experience working "technical support and software defects" with Cisco, IBM, Newbridge, etc. routers and switches that basically have the same design as an electronic voting machine, so it was relatively easy for me to demonstrate to the county and state BOE commissioners what was going with these voting machines.

Just like in "double column entry" accounting, what you want to look for is a "pattern" of a number out of place . . . i.e. a number that gets put in the wrong column, for example . . .is a GREAT place to start . ..

Of course, here is how the Zionist 5th Column is spinning this VOTE FRAUD discrepancy between the exit polls and the vote count!!!

so would a HOWDY DOODY and TICKLE ME ELMO ticket!

give me a break! just because this MIC controlled bitch won in an 'electronic voting machine / diebold' state like NH, where the rigging continues, doesn't mean this MIC bitch has a snowball's chance in El Paso in July.

she's not going to win the Presidency. It's already rigged for war monger and bush acolyte John S ( 's' stands for SUCKER ) McCain, the first man to end up with a portion of Ho Chi Minh's weiner permanently lodged in his left cheek from all the times it rested there in the Hanoi Hilton.

so, give up, Hillary! you're not programmed into the Diebold success story like McCain is, so forget the presidency!!!! :)

Somebody told me NH had paper ballots

I felt sick when I heard the news of Clinton's win because I thought it was a true election. If votes were for sale, it is a whole different matter. I can easily believe that Clinton would buy the election. If she is the Democrat's candidate, I know the election will be stolen -- very carefully, of course.

It ain't over till the fat lady sings! Gooo Kucinich '08 !!!

Hey, don't look at me, I'm not gonna sing !

Keep asking for a pony!

A very smart lady on our volunteer staff has this to say:

To all the Kucitizens!
Our candidate is a visionary. Social change on any issue has historically required visionaries on the barricades like MLK, Jr, and also armtwisters like Lyndon Johnson to get legislation through. Kucinich wants to be MLK, Jr and LBJ at the same time. The odds for successfully combining these roles are not high, and terminally perky people who even want to try it don't come along very often. Kucinich actually does know this, which is why he calls his candidacy a long shot. As in 2004, we will probably wind up with a kitten. Keep asking for a pony anyway--it advances the agenda.

I'll keep asking for the pony until November!

Go Kucinich '08! kucinich.us

I'm asking for A PONY ! :oD

Not sure about the LBJ part

kinda an ass to MLK's pony ;-).

I'm GONNA have kittens if we don't get our PONY !!!

Or the cold lady weeps. ...

...According to NPR this morning, that's what's probably behind what they called "the Mystery of the Polls"--a weeping Hillary broke through, and got the women's vote.

She must have missed one, huh, Yank?

Repugs Getting Excited About Clinton

The closer Clinton gets the more excited the Repugs become. They just can't wait for more scandals, more gridlock, and the return to the majority. Hey, what will Bill be up to while Hillary is busy at the office? He might have to hire some interns to help him with his chores around the house. The Repugs will want to know. Can Hillary deal with the return of a Republican Congress thirsting for her downfall? Well, she can promise to get the job done, that's for sure!

I believe it's the Repubs who want Clinton elected, and

and manipulated the Diebold machines as before. Clinton is so Republican-light, and so warmongerish. Just like Pelosi. The Repubs have made some deals with these two women to simply appear to be Democrats, to the unsophisticated observer (a group into which most Americans fit), while still furthering the Repub. agenda of empire, elitism, and christian fundamentalism.

That's my view. What do others think?

Good luck. I'm in California, and have other problems to deal with, such as out-of-state and in-state Republican party operatives trying to change how we count our electoral college votes, in an effort to make it absolutely certain that we will have another Republican president after GWBush despite voter will being against this.
