Of course Chris Dodd led the way alone on a filibuster of illegal spying, and others joined him, and for a while it worked. Feingold is not being honest when he pretends to not understand what it would mean to step out alone leading a public commitment to vote no or not show for cloture.

Feingold Is a Phony
Senator Russ Feingold if you check his statement , against his actins in the past, you will find that his word mean nothing.
Feingold just runs off at the mouth to collect funds. We no longer have many true democrats in office , and need to has a group to keep track of their "real" policies and action instead of this steady flow of BS from them.
This is what Pat Robertson has done to the republicans and democrats for over 20 years now. This is how the republicans have filled their party with extreme right wing republican nuts, and how we have elected the moderate republicans which could not get elected on the republican ticket as democrats and are screwing us every single day....
it's worse than that
if here were a phony that would be one thing
we are in a situation where congress, the supreme court and the president and his cabinet are working off a seperate set of rules
the grand irony, and grand it is, is that they are following procedures, none of which have publically gone before the electorate
they should be most fearful if that information ever got into the mainstream
villains of the republic - the truth is out there
