A second aide to Vice President Dick Cheney is cooperating with the special prosecutor's probe into the outing of covert CIA agent Valerie Plame Wilson, those close to the investigation say.

There is an old saying that all dead men rise, given enough time in the deep. Some of us worried it was going to take forever for the lies of Bush and Cheney to reach that point of inflationary rottenness. But happily, maybe not so.
We can never thank Patrick Fitzgerald enough for persisting in the investigation of this heinous, murderous, treasonous case. Jailing Judy Miller was a stroke of wisdom; that woman, in her devotion to Dick Cheney and his servants, outdid Axis Sally and Tokyo Rose combined, in misleading her country. The whole cohort belongs in jail for life.
