No to Alito! Bush Step Down and Take Your Program with You!

The Democratic Party must filibuster this nomination to prevent Alito from being confirmed. With Alito’s confirmation, Bush will be able to declare the Democratic Party defunct, will freely spy on us with impunity, give pardons to Tom Delay, Libby and Abramoff etc, just like his daddy did, declare the Congress an unnecessary interference for getting things done, will say the Constitution is just an outdated piece of paper and HIS new Supreme Court will agree with him and send him on a three week vacation to rest from bringing all that integrity to the White House.
Alito is a radical extremist from the ultra Reich and we all know it. If Pat Robertson, Jerry Falwell, Gary Bauer, James Dobson, and Phyllis Schafely think Alito is a perfect choice that alone should tell you the Democratic Party must save our country and say in one voice…NO, absolutely NO to this destroyer of women’s rights, to this lapdog for the Bush dynasty.

Stop Alito from confirmation and Impeach Bush are two important musts!!

Alito should "NOT" be confirmed, because he seams to misdirect
the real question, and also it is very evident (by past record)
that he has an agenda to push forward, totally not in the best interest of the people and our constitution.

To whom it may concern , i have watched the hearings on this man alito and i have never seen anyone talk so much and say nothing.
course ,being a hand picked man (republican) of GWb, thats a normal respoonse to any thing, just say nothing.

for the first time, i become worried about america's rights. i'm sorry to say, i do not support samuel alito for the supreme court. i do not believe that you will be impartial. i wish i could say otherwise but it seems to be that if i do not speak up now, i will be disenfranchised forever.

alito is about is trustworthy as is his god-georgie bush the last. he is anti-environment and pro-big business supporters, and will do just as he is told to do by the bush or the dick(cheney)

Are you willing to sacrifice America to a Dictatorship?
Are you willing to act out of greed, to destroy the very fundamentals this Nation was founded on, "our Constitution"?
Are you willing to help put a power in Washington, that is so strong that you as our Lawmakers can't defy?

We need a balanced Supreme Court, please save our Country from a Dictatorship, vote no on Alito!

Calling all Bloggers! and everyone else... We cannot give up here on the Alito threat! We still have a chance. We have the 41 votes necessary for a filibuster! We must persevere here team!! Aare you activists or are you not? Why are you not helping with the fight? Why are you not using your media prominence to help save our Supreme Court? What are you not acting? Why have you not dedicated space on your site to the cause? Why are you not contributing to the mental energy of believing we can prevail? Do you want to win or not? It is NOT a done deal!!!

Since most Americans are not rich, affluent, powerful, and politically connected why don't they vote for the party that speaks for them? Why? The Democrats in Washington have little courage to speak for its constituency since they are there to strengthen their positions, enhance their wealth, and remain in office in perpetuity. Where is the single, unified voice for the Common Man? Nowhere! That's why Bush won't be impeached and Sam Alito will be confirmed. Our small demonstrations will have little effect since our 'elected' leadership in Congress is A.W.O.L.

It's too late to take to the streets but it's still not too late for the Democratic Party to stand up and be counted . You need to FILIBUSTER the Alito confirmation. That and that alone gives us a chance of defusing this " nuclear attack" on our Constitution.
You cannot allow this confirmation to happen. Our very Constitution is at risk.
