According to Seymour Hersh, Bush and Cheny have already launched pre-war operations in Iran with money illegaly taken from elsewhere, just as they began the current war in Iraq over four years ago. In the process, Hersh reports, Bush and Cheney are funneling money to Al Qeada groups.
