Isn't this the Liz
Holtzman who is part of the DNC team who is taking Ralph Nader to court over trumped up charges that Nader's 2004 campaign in Pennsylvania, which was required to collect tens of thousands of signatures to get on the ballot, submitted "faulty" names?
(Nader is claiming that Dem operatives were tasked with entering fraudulent names on Nader's petition forms, thus creating the issue.)
Anyway, it's nice to see that Holtzman can find something credible to do with her time, beyond sabotaging third party candidates....
