Please Call Your Congressperson Today and Ask Them To Join In The Nixon (Bush/Cheney) Flooding Plan

Last week three representatives of the "We the People" National Coalition for Impeachment*, Marcia Meyers (Portland, Oregon), Michael Greenman (Columbus, Ohio), and Carl McCargo (Springfield, Massachusetts), visited the DC offices of 31 Congressional Representatives to deliver a set of documents that describe the “Nixon Flooding Plan”.

"The Nixon Flooding Plan" is the method used to file a number of bills requesting either impeachment or investigation of crimes committed by Richard Nixon. The volume of bills led to the President’s resigning rather than allowing many hearings to be held that would surely have paraded his crimes before the American people.

We are recommending the same process be used as the basis for filing multiple bills requesting either the investigation or the impeachment of Vice President Richard Cheney and/or President George W. Bush.

Below you can find a list of the Congresspeople who received the "Nixon Flooding Plan Packet." If your Congressional Rep. received a packet Please Call Them Today (Call1-800-828-0498 or 1-800-614-2803 and ask for your Representative's Office) and let them know that you support impeachment and want them to join the "Flood" and to file an appropriate bill him or herself.

If your Representative is not listed, please send them the "Nixon Flooding Plan" electronically and let them know you want them to join in the Bush/ Cheney Flooding Plan so that the precedent of presidential unilateral power that has been set by this administration will be challenged and our Constitution and Democracy will be preserved.

The amazingly large number of crimes committed by this administration gives each Representative the opportunity to craft a bill or resolution that is tailor made for his/her constituency.

Please post and pass on this message to any and all of your friends, groups and organizations that are disturbed by the current lack of movement on the essential issue of holding our Representatives accountable to their Congressional Oath of Office to Preserve and Protect the Constitution of the United States!!
