Supreme Crime Against Humanity - Memorial Petition to Obama
PETITION
Senator Barack Obama,
This "Memorial Petition" regarding Rep John Conyers, Chairman of the House Committee on the Judiciary goes on to state that the United Nations Charter "prohibits the use of military force" against any nation without the approval of the United Nations Security Council, which never approved the invasion of Iraq.
Also, the invasion of Iraq was not in compliance with House Joint Resolution 114 "Authorization to Use Military Force" in that the "most critical WHEREAS clauses" were not complied with, including the provision that "(d) Nothing in this Joint Resolution..(1) is intended to alter..the provision of existing treaties (UN Charter).
Therefore, "Bush Exceeded the Authority of HJR 114" CLICK HERE http://www.impeachbush.tv/args/noiraqauthority.html thereby making his invasion and occupation of Iraq totally illegal and immoral from the very first day, "the supreme crime against humanity, an illegal war of aggression against a sovereign nation" as defined at Nuremberg.
This "Memorial Petition" strongly urges Chairman John Conyers, I pray, to prosecute this case for humanity.
Most certainly, if and when he does, he would only be doing his job.
This "Memorial Petition" calls upon you, personally, Senator Barack Obama, to co-sign below and transmit to Chairman Conyers.
