I thought I couldn't be shocked more
but I was wrong! Imagine, recruiting a group of 75 retired officers who had ties as lobbyists to the defense industry and using them as a propaganda mechanism. It sounds like the stuff of a wild conspiracy theory but David Barstow has the proof! These officers regularly met with the WH and Pentagon to strategize on propaganda messages. They even admit to using psychological operations on the American public. Rumsfeld even scoffs at "believing in the constitution". Simply despicable.
