RICO Laws may be the way to go

Futile attempts at Impeachment are hampered because the Supreme Court is loaded with Republicans and there would never be a two-thirds vote necessary in Congress.
The same holds true for perusing a War Crimes trial for the use of depleted Uranium banned by all international conventions.
However, using the RICO laws may be the answer.
The Bush family is an ongoing criminal enterprise starting with the Nazi banker Senator Prescott Bush and ending with Neil Bush being granted the Ok to participate in a microchip venture with the Chinese which was forbidden by law to everyone until Neil Bush wanted profits from it.
All that is necessary for the RICO laws to be enforced and seize all Bush family assets and holdings and prevent them from ever entering office again would be a few simple provable ties and links.
For instance the Bush family profiteering directly from the S&L debauchal, Neil Bush and the breaking of law to allow him a $200,000 a year microchip deal with the Chinese which was forbidden to all others by law.
A search of the holdings of all the families’ investments that may reveal a tie to cancer cures or pharmaceuticals that produce cancer cures. Why? Because of the world wide spread of cancer and birth defects from the criminal and illegal use of depleted Uranium since Dessert Storm in 1991 under Bush Sr. is well documented.
They spread it then may be profiting from the cures.
Another possible tie is Bush family holdings in oil, since our involvement in the War on Terrorism which has directly increased oil prices and proven high profit gouging.
This administration destabilized and enraged and exacerbated the Muslim world resulting much higher prices as punishment by our being criminally involved and the Bush family and if not them Cheney is directly profiting greatly from it with his ties to government contracts in Iraq. He adds a whole new dimension to the word “vice” president.
Then possibly we can go after Bush Sr. and Bush for war crimes. The depleted Uranium lasts over a billion years of cancers and birth defects and our returning troops have a much higher incidence of both.
Call your representatives they too want the Bush’s out. RICO laws may be the way to accomplish this for the sake of America and our futures.

The Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (commonly referred to as RICO Act or RICO) is a United States federal law that provides for extended penalties for criminal acts performed as part of an ongoing criminal organization. RICO was enacted by section 901(a) of the Organized Crime Control Act of 1970 (Pub.L. 91-452, 84 Stat. 922, enacted 1970-10-15). RICO is codified as Chapter 96 of Title 18 of the United States Code, 18 U.S.C. § 1961–1968. It was intended to make it easier to prosecute organized crime figures, but has been applied in several other cases as well.
It has been speculated that the name and acronym were selected in a sly reference to the movie Little Caesar, which featured a notorious gangster named Rico. The original drafter of the bill, G. Robert Blakey, refused to confirm or deny this.[1]
