A Truth-Telling Patriot Marches On

Dennis Kucinich and Ron Paul have 40 years of experience in Washington between them. They can see better than anybody inside the Beltway where we're headed and that we desperately need to change course. It's disgusting that presidential candidates of their caliber get shoved aside by the corporate elitists and their subservient national media, in favor of a yes-man freshman senator, a desperate warmonger in a pantsuit, and John "The Mad Bomber" McCain, whose mental faculties you can almost see escaping as he speaks.

Your TV is not your friend.

Video Commentary:
"John Conyers Brings On the Deja Vu"

Tell John Conyers to stop playing ignorant election politics while our soldiers and innocent civilians continue to die for Bushco's lies. Tell him to HONOR HIS OATH and ACT NOW on the overwhelming evidence against the Bush administration. DEMAND impeachment hearings:

Oops! Conyers Asks Wrong Man for Campaign Cash

That was an amusing anecdote. Have you heard back from the Conyers campaign yet? I've been leaving them little billet douxs on the House Judiciary web site. I expect to be blocked any day now. In a way it might be less frustrating for Conyers to do nothing. His half-hearted efforts have such a predictable outcome. But I like Nadler, and I still have hopes of his determination. I'm full up on disillusionment just now, so if you think me silly on that account, kindly wait 'till next week to tell me, OK?

Read Paul Krugman's THE CONSCIENCE OF A LIBERAL

I just started reading Paul Krugman's THE CONSCIENCE OF A LIBERAL. I am only as far as the second Chapter but it already puts into focus many random thoughts I have felt for several years, especially since 2001.

The "freshman senator", the "pantsuit" and "McBomb" all fall nicely into the elitist groupings that Krugman has identified so far in the book.

Obama and Clinton clearly fall into the category of "bourbon Democrats" which he has so aptly portrayed in the first 30 or so pages of his new book. I am looking forward to continuing it this evening and weekend.

I'll report back when finished, but as for first impressions, I am certain that this is a must read for most of the frequenters of this site. Hopefully, many of you have already read it and can speak in more detail about it.

Bravo Dennis

Dennis is a True Patriot and it's no wonder he looks tired on this video, working day in and day out with a bunch of hypocritical war profiteers on Capita$ Hill. It wouldn't surprise me if he received death threats which forced him to drop his call for impeachment hearings of Bush.

What will the answer be>

Keep it up Dennis. You are my greatest voice in Congress. Let us know the answer you get. That vote or non vote should be broadcasted around the world!
