First of all, I want to say that the actions of the current administration has given more validity to the possibility that such 'conspiracy theories' are likely true. I think in years past that the US had this squeaky clean image that despite little bumps in the road-the Kennedy assassination, Vietnam, Nixon, Reagan/Iran-that basically these were isolated incidents in an otherwise perfect world.

So since you're taking this 'conspiracy theory' perspective of it....

You've got to be open to the idea that this Republican/ Democrat thing is just a whitewash and the real shots are being called by a global elite who have planned these things that you are suggesting.

It has recently been revealed that early in Clinton's term of office it has been revealed that Laurence Rockefeller started an initiative to have Clinton disclose the truth about UFOs. Hillary was highly involved and interested in this. You may laugh at this, but documents that show that the Clintons were working with Rockefeller are being released.

I believe the impeachment of Clinton was inspired due to him looking too closely into these things. Perhaps he was set up from the beginning as a likely candidate for what you are suggesting. I don't think that is a far cry from the truth at all.

The same assertion about whether it was deliberate can also be made about media consolidation, severely reduced taxes on the wealthy, "free-trade" agreements and the suppression of a green energy revolution by King C.O.N.G. (Coal, Oil, Nuclear, Gas) not to mention the stacking of the Courts. All of these, including the "cheapening" of impeachment fit into a scheme as described by Naomi Wolfe in her book "The End of America" and the 10 Steps to Fascism.

In depth studies of the current, very definitely fascist cabal and their histories and connections to the military industrial complex include extensive revolving-door activities in the CIA, the DoD and many Wall Street defense-contractors and other multinationals involved in energy, weapons, intelligence and lobbying groups, Congress, as well as foreign powers and networks like Israel's MOSSAD, Pakistan's ISI, Saudi Arabia's Royal GID, and Britain's SIS/BAE complex.

I would be less inclined to believe there is a deliberate effort to undermine our Constitution if it weren't for the fact that the Bush Crime Family was involved in an attempted coup on the US in the 1930's. I would also be less inclined to believe it if I didn't Know a good deal about 9/11 and its cover up. Maybe if it simply was not true that these same interested parties were actually raking in trillions in War and Energy Plunder and building a new base of operations for Halliburton in DuBai I might not give any weight to the undermining of Constitutional Impeachment in advance of Bush's "US Coup pt. II"... but then, I need a lot more ignorance than I currently have.

Who is to say what these untaxed bloodlines have accomplished in the backrooms of Bohemian Grove, Skull and Bones, Crawford Ranch and the multi-billion dollar law offices of DC's power-lobbies? I don't think they're playing bridge. One thing we can say though is that right now we have a carnival of un-investigated crimes being protected by un-touchable power-elites financed to the hilt with Wall Street and Public Treasury trillions... What are we going to do about it?

Help Expose the overwhelming evidence that 9/11 was a False-Flag Operation of the highest-order involving many/most of the same parties, then with or without Congressional help, Launch a Public Investigation which is already advanced enough for trials and indictments thanks to the courageous independent researchers in the movement, then conduct a another more comprehensive Citizen's Grand Jury with or without the help of the DoJ. The Citizen Grand Juries already conducted reached Unanimous Indictments and one even expanded them in the Verdict, then file RICO's and Class Action Suits against the perps and start seizing assets. No American exposed to the Facts of this case can ever look at war, its machinery, and its advocates the same, but perhaps even more important, like the Nuremberg Trials, all the main assholes, whether caught in the act or not, will ever be able to show their criminal faces in public again.

Instead of wondering whether we're the victims of manipulation we should begin hoisting the 9/11 False Flag into their face, joining the anti-war, anti-corporate press, anti-King CONG movements together. All it needs right now is a magnifying glass and all kinds of changes can begin.

Yeah, I believe that was the point of the whole pointless exercise.

What's been happening under Bushco has been in the works for about 30 years.

Cheney and Rumsfeld have been buddies since the Nixon administration. Uncle Dick was also Ford's Chief of Staff while Rummy was doing his first stint as Secretary of Defense.

During this time they managed to steer billions of dollars in contracts toward the "defense" industry (from which they would each eventually realize handsome financial benefits), by claiming that the Soviets had super-secret nuclear sub technology that they could hit us with at any time. They actually claimed that the fact their claims couldn't be proven was proof that the Soviets' secret nuke subs existed. It was all eventually proven to be a lie, but few people remember.

Gee, doesn't the fear mongering seem eerily familiar?

Cheney was also Bush 41's "Defense" Secretary, and of course Rumsfeld would reprise his role in that position under Dubya.

They have certainly brought many friends into the neocon fold over the years, including Paul Wolfowitz (whose "Wolfowitz Doctrine" was the forerunner of the PNAC manifesto) and many on both sides of the aisle on Capitol Hill.

The Clinton impeachment charade was orchestrated to prepare the masses for what the cons knew was coming under the Pretender-in-Chief, whose role as governor of Texas was clearly nothing more than an exercise in grooming their stooge.

Throw in the stolen elections, the constitutionally non-existent "Unitary Executive" theory, the illegal signing statements, the illegal invasion and occupation of Afghanistan and Iraq, the Patriot Act, the Military Commissions Act, the "Protect" America Act, the illegal warrantless spying on law abiding American citizens (which they have publicly confessed to), the torture, the illegal detentions, the bogus military tribunals...

And suddenly it becomes pretty clear that Americans would be plenty pissed off and want to impeach and arrest these bastards.

Which is why they needed to cheapen impeachment as much as they could before King George was appointed.

And what partisan democrats are looking for revenge? Please tell me, because we have been trying for years to get the democrats to support impeachment. Actually the most partisan Democrats are not looking for revenge or impeachment. They just want a stranglehold on government the same way the Reupublicans have had under Bush.

Your main premise is certainly possible. After all the revelations of the absolute criminality of our government, I wouldn't put anything past them.
