Olbermann on Bloch, Blackwater, and Iran Lies

Willful Ignorance

It's a shame that it's necessary for Olbermann to make this statement.

David Swanson exposed these lies himself almost a year and a half ago.

And yet the drum beat goes on. And even after Iraq, too many are unwilling to note they're clearly being taken in by the same lie again.

There doesn't seem to be anything bush can do to shake his credibility with the MSM, with their vested interest in extending benefit of the doubt to whomever is in power.

But even if it were true, what of it?

As David pointed out in the above-mentioned expose':

"Aiding a nation in repelling a foreign occupation is not grounds for war. The U.S. still brags about having done this in France 50 years ago. If Iran were doing it in Iraq now, which no evidence yet suggests, the crime would lie in the foreign invaders' refusal to leave, not in the aide supplied by the Iranians"
