I think Whoppie got it right ...

Hey, someone tell "Barbie" to shut her dumb pie hole, and let those with some intelligence speak?

In fact, maybe we should just put a dunce hat on her, and make her raise her hand first?

Good Start

I like the moniker "Barbie" for that blonde piece of trash with pudding for a brain!

I became so enraged while listening to the "conversation" that I nearly took my monitor and threw it out my office window I was so pissed at that idiot.

Someone should get a few rolls of leftover duct tape and wrap it around her mouth and wrists to shut her the hell up.

I particularly went off on her "brilliant" retort about no one questioning Obama's family history. What the fuck was that? Like Obama's grandfather posessed any influence in the directions the country was taking in the 30's. What a stupid bitch!

Speaking of backgrounds, I'd be interested to know "Barbie's". Was she the daughter of privilege or did she get the advantages of other "boomers" such as myself from the New Deal. Was she privately schooled or did she attend public schools? If the latter, then she has been co-opted by the wealth enjoyed from her QB husband's sports contract. If she is from an upper crust background, everything she has to say needs to be taken with a great many grains of salt. In other words, her words are worthless!

More on the Bush family and grandpa's Nazi connections...

...can be found here.

I agree with "no appeasement."

Congress should not be talking to Bush & Cheney, or otherwise treating them with any measure of the respect reserved for real leaders. Let's just impeach and remove them. If they must be appeased, let's do so by picking up the tab for their plane ride to the Hague.

Your TV is not your friend.

Dirtdiggers

That's what I call this trash. Come up with something intelligent to say, so it can be discussed in the same fashion. Why is stupidity elevated to a level of normalcy and then put on the Internet for everybody to see. Unbelievably dumb and ignorant

If these 'over the top articles' are used as a motivational tool to get to Bush, you are making a laughing stock out of your organization and lower the opinion of your readers.
You only have to re-read the comments to feel embarrassed again.

Please, come up with something constructive which can be used as a motivational tool to get your points across. Don't prostitute my support with this line of garbage.

Re: Dirtdiggers

Was happy to see the subject brought up my MSM. "Barbie" is ridiculous and to know that something we've been talking about has bubbled through to MSM is a good sign. When some folks I know (who don't care much about anything important to me) hear this drivel it makes them think a little. Am glad I know about the "discourse" on The View. If I hadn't, could not have pointed it out to folks that watch way too much television. Couldn't have found out about it without this posting. My two cents. R.

There is no question, toofew

That Prescott Bush did business with Fritz Thyssen during the 1930s while Thyssen was a supporter of the Nazi Party and Adolf Hitler, is well known and well documented.

The connections through UBC and Brown Brothers Harriman (Prescott was a founding partner) is well established in the lead-up to the war.

"By the late 1930s, Brown Brothers Harriman, which claimed to be the world's largest private investment bank, and UBC had bought and shipped millions of dollars of gold, fuel, steel, coal and US treasury bonds to Germany, both feeding and financing Hitler's build-up to war."

Thyssen had to later pay 500,000 DM for cruel treatment of Jewish employees though he flatly denied using concentration camp labor in his family owned steel business.

And though it is harder to discover whether or not UBC and Brown Brothers continued to profit from the German connections in violation of the Trading with the Enemy Act after we declared war, what is perfectly clear is that while Jewish people were being rounded up by the Nazis, Prescott Bush's company was doing business with and sent money to Thyssen and by extention, the Nazi Party.

That, toofew, is a fact. And I am glad you brought this up because it gave me a great opportunity to put some info out there for others to research on their own.

So when G.W.Bush talks about "sympathizers" with the Nazi Party, he really should first explain grand-pappy's Brown Brother's Harriman checks that ended up in Hitler's war chest. Don't you think?

In fact, toofew...

according to an MIT report done on the subject of that very slave labor from Auschwitz:

"The most tantalising part of the story remains shrouded in mystery: the connection, if any, between Prescott Bush, Thyssen, Consolidated Silesian Steel Company (CSSC) and Auschwitz.

Thyssen's partner in United Steel Works, which had coal mines and steel plants across the region, was Friedrich Flick, another steel magnate who also owned part of IG Farben, the powerful German chemical company.

Flick's plants in Poland made heavy use of slave labour from the concentration camps in Poland. According to a New York Times article published in March 18 1934 Flick owned two-thirds of CSSC while "American interests" held the rest.

The US National Archive documents show that BBH's involvement with CSSC was more than simply holding the shares in the mid-1930s. Bush's friend and fellow "bonesman" Knight Woolley, another partner at BBH, wrote to Averill Harriman in January 1933 warning of problems with CSSC after the Poles started their drive to nationalise the plant. "The Consolidated Silesian Steel Company situation has become increasingly complicated, and I have accordingly brought in Sullivan and Cromwell, in order to be sure that our interests are protected," wrote Knight. "After studying the situation Foster Dulles is insisting that their man in Berlin get into the picture and obtain the information which the directors here should have. You will recall that Foster is a director and he is particularly anxious to be certain that there is no liability attaching to the American directors."

BBH listed above is Brown Brothers Harriman; the company that Prescott Bush co-founded and was running during the 30's. Knight Woolley was a personal friend of Prescott's.

To laugh, or not to laugh, what are you saying

My cousin was an SS Officer in the Nazi Army.
My uncle was a member of the Nazi support party.
My brother was a member of the resistance.
My parents provided shelter for the underground

On my Dad's birthday, my aunt could not visit, because her son was in the SS and her husband a NSB'er.

What in the world has that to do with Bush. The poor guy was not even born yet.
I was living at that time and don't even know who in the hell Woolley and Harriman are and you know something else, I don't even give a damn.
How low can you stoop, how deep can you dig, or how ridiculous you can get, come up with something which makes sense. Are you that blinded by your Bush hatred that anything goes?

Finally, quoting the New York Times is not impressive at all.

the fact toofew

If part or most of your family fortune is based on money earned by Nazi sympathizers, you might be wise to be very careful about how you throw that accusation around.

Especially if the person you are accusing is only talking about diplomacy...

...when your grand-daddy was the real McCoy.

get it?

(and the New York Times, and MIT beat the shit out of anything you have quoted so far. You wanted intellegent debate... you got it. Now what do you come back with? your family tree? brilliant. step up or go troll elsewhere, you bore me.)

missing the point willyloman

I would be shooting myself it the foot criticizing MIT however, look up and see just how many readers the New York Times has lost over the past 5 years. That was what you call a performance loss.
I don't know if you remember, but you were the one who quoted, or is that too long ago?
I got you alright about diplomacy, but maybe you need a reminder that Yasser Arafat died a long time ago.
I troll in places where people like you poison the airwaves, whether you like it or not. Come up with facts concerning today, instead of mythology from yesteryear and answer the question. I'm still waiting. Got it?

MIT?

Surely you don't mean MIT.

The Richmond Times Dispatch (also known as the Disgrace) just announced they have cut their hard copy version down about 13-15 pages. This is a very conservative paper. Doesn't have much (if any) to do with lack of want to read itship. Has to do with the corporations and bottom lines. Toofew, nevermind.

Don't change the subject RM

Yes, I mean MIT and I'm proud of it. Why do you have to label things, I never mentioned liberal or conservative. That is the same as the silly (D) or (R) and now (I) behind peoples names. It's almost like we don't recognize them from the words coming out of their mouth.

You forgot to mention G

for Green. I didn't mention it but since you bring the topic up...
gpus.org Rain

toofer is clearly...

... from the MIT "Short Bus" program. As in, he drove the bus, for a short while, till they checked to see if he had his learner's permit.

got it.

that's all you had to say

"I troll in places where people like you poison the airwaves..."

makes your POV very clear. No facts, just rhetoric and ad hominem attacks: ie. troll.

later

(ps those ARE facts up there. see, that's the difference between having an education... and just an opinion.)

Education.

You must be very proud of your education. You must have that degree in question avoidance.
Your facts have nothing to do with why you hate Bush, which started this dialogue.

Look, twopak,

in case you haven't quite picked up on it, you're not really cut out for this line of work. You know?

Maybe, you would be better of trying to impress daddy, or your sugar daddy, or whatever republican you met in the Florida public men's room, by helping out with the Gathering of Eagles guys.

All they do is stand on the corner and yell "Go America". You can handle that, can't you?

All they really have to do is cheer when the draft dodging Bush or Cheney come by and boo when a real veteran walks past with a sign that says "Bring them Home".

That's pretty simple for you, right? You got that right?

I mean, all this ad hominem and "strawman" stuff is confusing. I know. It's hard to remember when to use which one.

Just go hang out on the corner (like you used to hang out in the public bath rooms) and wait to see if you and some of your Eagle buddies can find a old vet by himself so you and your brave "heros" can jump him and then run away.

See? That's got "you" written all over it.

That's proud work for a guy like you, ain't it?

That's how you can help America become... free. Ain't you fucking proud, boy?

now get out of here before I taunt you a second time, you smeller of other peoples bottoms.

You're mother was a hamster and your father smelled of elder berries.

Willywillywilly

I can see from your response that I got through to you and now, you're pissed of. You lost control of your emotions and had to resort to vulgarity and incoherent remarks. I can truly see now why in a previous response, you brought up education as the basis of your position and my input was only an opinion. You sure showed me just what a learned individual you are and how humble you are in your expressions.

Admit it Willy, you lost, big time.

that's another quote, toofat

Monty Python. Very funny stuff.

Vulgarity? No, just facts about Republican candidates and Florida public bathrooms.

That's not vulgar; apparently it's some kind of ritual, I guess.
(help me out. wasn't that John McCain's campaign chief that got caught in the bathroom asking some cop for "favors"? what ws his name...)

and the Gathering of Eagles? You don't know about them? What are you, 12?

"claim victory and get out"... is that the best you got?

yeah, MIT my ass. whatever they are paying you is Way Way too much. You suck at this.

thanks for playing though.
"tank you. Come again." (simpsons, btw.)

victory encore

All air, no substance. What do you think to achieve throwing McCain in my face? I don't even like the fellow. You must have been spending way too much time in the Florida bathrooms to know all these things. Why don't you stop bringing up unrelated topics and stay on point.
What has the Gathering of Eagles to do with my original question you refuse to answer?
"Claiming victory and get out" is not the best I got. Presenting you with the best would be a waste of time and effort. ' Never throw pearls for the pigs. They eat them and it all turns into shit' Got it Willy?

Congratulations, "TooBit"!

You win the "Jerked-Off Most Intently" award.

Your initial and only "point" - that the clip from "The View" was irrelevant to the point of ridicule - was of course wrong, and remains wrong.

"The View" is an MSM charicature of American Women (note they're even lined up Left-to-Right, in exactly the order of their politics). How inaccurate or infantile this charicature may be is not, and never was the point, but instead that it indicates, at least to some degree, the current degree of control and spin of the MSM, and the times in which we are living. Which status notably is currently allowing at least this limited mention of the Bush/Walker Fascist Dynasty.

I find it particularly noteworthy that you appeared here 5 hours after John Perry's InfoWars YouTube link on the subject. What's eating you, sweetie; that YouTube going just a little bit too viral - and too many people getting their eyes opened just a bit further - than would suit you, Too-Inch?

Yeah, I think Willy - along with all the rest of us - "got it". You Win the Prize, JerkOff. In recognition of which I Fart in your General Direction.

Now crawl back under your rock and back to wasting the time with your Korporate AmerikaBot friends.

Semper Fi,

-Matty in Florida

Matty in Florida.

Flattery gets you nowhere. Thanks for your recognition. It was about time somebody did.
Resorting to Willy tactics does not compliment your image, it only weakens your defense.
Do you also have difficulty learning?
