It can now be reported that White House occupunk George W. Bushfraud has invoked the Patriot Act and signed an Executive Order to declare a "financial emergency" as a prelude to Martial Law in the United States.
(Folks it has been reported that the regime of filth in the W. House is about to use the Anthrax Outbreak as a means to declare an emergency. It's getting to where we can't tell how much of what gets officially announced will be real or contrived.

You very well may have that part right, especially about the fleet being sunk, because I've read that Iran has some pretty good missiles, and an area that large would be difficult to know where all the missile launch sites are. They could be hidden inside hundreds of mountainsides, etc..
Some time back I read where they may also have subs which is a definite factor to deal with.
The 'Candidates For The Con' who run this country probably know this already and may intend to sacrifice the whole fleet to create a real pretext, a real Tonkin Gulf incident, for war.
US military leaders have lately repeated how over extended our military is. It is madness to attack Iran. It isn't about fear or bravery, but that's what the cons will translate it down to when they say "c'mon let's get em, let's get those who killed our friends", etc..
A chilling prospect is: which other countries, now already inflammed against the US, will step up and help Iran? Another Reason Why BushCo Wants A War With Iran, Joe...
Bush/CheneyCo and the entire oligarchical financier establishment (including Old Man G.H.W. Bush's Carlyle Group) know beyond all doubt that the greatest financial crisis in modern history is now in a new, speedily advancing phase of implosion upon the world as a whole, and this financial implostion will include the collapse of several leading U.S. commercial banks and other financial institutions.
The U.S. banking system is in a state of complete, total collapse due to the gargantuan amount of leveraged debt within the banking system itselt. This gigantic amount of leveraged debt, which is in the multi-TRILLIONS of dollars can never, EVER be bailed out by any government entity, so who is W. going to take the American people's minds off of the rapidly collapsing global financial crisis -- and the social chaos which will ensue if institutional depositors engage in the dangerous proposition of pulling out all of their deposits at a time when a number of leading American commercial banks are facing imminent collapse -- and keep them fearful, disparate, terrified and disoriented enough to discourage them from participating in mass political action, the Bush Regime, in the person of Dick Cheney, is creating a casus belli for war with Iran by invoking the specter of an "terrorist" attack against America similar to the September 11th attacks on American soil.
An attack against Iran would also provide a "plausible reason" for Bush to declare martial law across the nation -- including enforcing all of the provisions contained within NSPD-51, HSPD-20 and the "John Warner Defense Allocation Act" -- and in the process, making sure that there are enough well-publicized, high-profile arrests of opposition leaders, clergy and journalists which will be carefully calculated to keep the American people from taking to the streets in massive, nationwide protests, and from engaging in mass resistance movements across the nation.
If the American people fear they will become the victims of paramilitary thugs -- former street gang members, perhaps? -- who've been recruited by (and work for) Blackwater to "restore public order", this will definitely give them pause about engaging in massive resistance. Of course, what would make working for Blackwater even more attractive to the street thugs is they would be able to terrorize people legally, and if their brand of "enforcement" of martial law goes "over the limit", they'll be free from all prosecution. After a few well-publicized "encounters" with Blackwater-recruited former street gang members, this will effectively keep the majority of the American citizenry docile, controllable, and effectively inhibit the stirrings of activism and dissent which may lurk within their minds and souls.
Am I saying that we shouldn't take to the streets in protest over this grave injustice? Absolutely not! We must take to the streets to end to this tragic folly which will bleed our nation dry financially, militarily and otherwise, but be aware of the hidden agenda within the Bush Regime's planned attack against Iran; the imposition of a fascist government in the wake of the biggest financial crisis in modern history.

Exec Orders and Financial Crisis, etc..
I knew, according to Chris Story, that Bush had passed the exec order to get the Leo-Wanta, Reagan Mitterand Money paid and one of the provisions was that anyone, including Vice Pres Dick Cheney, who blocked the payments in any way would be arrested, but according to Heneghan and his sources Bush is trying to use the anthrax scare to enhance the as -yet-unannounced emergency martial law.
I'm trying to figure how these awful recurring California wildfires which drove out the whole town of Big Sur figure into the equation. According to eyewitnesses who witnessed some of the worst wildfires in California History the fires started "in the treetops", and I'm thinking about that as I watch huge patches of California burn up.
An ATM I went to awhile ago has reduced by $ 100 the amount one can draw out of it and I tried to tell myself that the store simply doesn't want the liability of an elder or disabled person, or some young, less capable individual being robbed or robbed and injured or killed. But in my heart of hearts I'm also thinking the money supply just isn't there until those repatriation funds which the crims are blocking are released, paid, and the banks receive them to have the capital in actual currency to operate normally.
The thugs who deserve impeachment are responsible for losing another 438,000 jobs this year in US and I feel this is the stuff which may have contributed to the murder and robbery of the late Eve Carson, that student body president over, around N.C. or Georgia.
Even though it's just as awful for the most bankrupt homeless person of no physical beauty to suffer robbery and or death, the fact that Eve Carson, who had a home and future, and was a lovely young person, had to lose her life to these animals over her atm or credit card is reprehensible. Don't leave your doors open-unlocked. Times are a lot tougher than some folks think.
The 'Candidates For The Con' have created an America which is rapidly becoming a barren Iraq. I listed the above info as only one mere example of what people are doing to survive. According to the four or five bullets/wounds she sustained, it is highly possible she was tortured by first shooting her in non/life threatening body areas first, then the shotgun blast to the head where even the plastic shot cup lodged in her head with some of the lead shot. These crims deserve the death penalty.
