A Military Tribunal Is Not a War Crimes Trial, or Legal

The media is pretending in headlines and leads that a military commission tribunal in Guantanamo is a trial. Most of the articles, including AP's, switch from calling it a trial to calling it a tribunal halfway into the article. The Supreme Court's recent ruling is not mentioned anywhere.
