This video is a classic example of the 8th characteristic of fascism, that Religion and Government are Intertwined: Governments in fascist nations tend to use the most common religion in the nation as a tool to manipulate public opinion. Religious rhetoric and terminology is common from government leaders, even when the major tenets of the religion are diametrically opposed to the government's policies or actions.

Years ago, many public schools abandoned the subjects of civics and geography for their students, and that paved the way for what we see today, the morphing of authentic American values into a fascist theocracy that benefits the corporate interests and undermines the bedrock of American democracy, the middle-class.

The Old American Century does an excellent, however, partial job of exposing and categorizing modern events as examples of American fascism.
