So: The IRAQUI people have to PAY US because WE went there without being invited; WE killed THEIR citizens and destroyed THEIR property DURING FIVE YEARS!

THIS IS OUTREGIOUS!

We don’t have enough money to PAY THEM for the DESTRUCTION and SUFERING WE have caused in that far land.

All we have given them is concrete walls, suicide bombers, and electricity 2 hours out of the week. Aside from crushing their economy and killing someone in every single family. Then we chased off some 2 million Iraqis and let the Anbar Awakening ethnically cleanse the area of the Shites. So yeah, why not steal their natural resorces that used to be nationalized under Saddam's regime, and hand over the few profits left to them not stolen by US oil companies...? 60% unemployment and we want to steal their money to pay for more government contractors at "cost plus"? And this is "bipartisan"? Kick all of them out of office. All of them.

we destroy their country, kill their people and ruin their economy and when we trash our own economy expect them to pick up the tab. Have we gone that far over the edge that this seems realistic and right ? Excuse me , I forgot we were talking about Congress & the White House. I truly hope that all , or at least many, third party candidates win election this cycle because Washington needs a rude wake up call.

Seems the prison, Yeah same one. Maybe more of that covering the tush, ignore the Constitution, F$$K Geneva, since HE rewrote CAT3 anyway ergo denies it is so, this makes it so, in that pers, no that ma..no., that Sociopath in Chiefs reality for whatever thats worth.

Special interest oil whores unite to pour salt in Iraq's wounds

The proposed bill that would create an Iraqi oil "trust"fund is offered up by Dem Hillary Clinton and Repug John Ensign.

From the article linked above:

a Clinton aide speaking on background said that Iraqis would receive a percentage of oil sales after the government allocates funds for reconstruction and other needs.

And what exactly might those "other needs" include? Setting up rigs for foreign oil barons to siphon the vast majority of reserves (and revenue, of course) off the top and ship it out of town, perhaps?

So not only do these big oil/war profiteer operatives want Iraq to foot the bill for what Bushco's illegal invasion and occupation has destoyed, but they also want to leave Iraqis with a much smaller revenue pie to divide between that reconstruction and compensating the people.

We could call these Beltway bandits the "scum of the earth," but that would be insulting to scum.
