President Obama:
Shortly after becoming president, one George W. Bush, quickly removed the signature of the United States (President Bill Clinton's signature) from the membership rolls of the International Criminal Court in The Hague.
Soon thereafter, Bush invaded and attacked Iraq, without sanction from the United Nations Security Council, thereby launching a War of Aggression, his Supreme Crime Against Humanity, making his invasion, occupation, and everything that followed, illegal and immoral as well.
The United States, a great nation of laws, not men, dedicated to the rule of law, where no one is above the law, starting with the president, and dedicated to their Constitution and their signed Treaties, requires that Bush bear full accountability, and further requires that Bush needs to be in the dock for his date with justice overdue.
In view of the above information, kindly rejoin the International Criminal Court in The Hague retroactive to the date Bush removed the signature of the United States from the membership rolls thereof.
Kindly take appropriate action to bring Bush to justice overdue by charging, indicting, and prosecuting him on one or more of the following four Nuremberg type war crimes: conspiracy to commit crimes alleged in other counts; crimes against peace; war crimes; or, crimes against humanity.
Specific charges include the conspiracy murders of over 4,100 brave American soldiers, and the cold blooded wanton killings of over 1,000,000 innocent Iraqis, on his totally false pretenses, and his big lies about Iraq, pursuing an aggressive war, the brutality of his invasion, occupation, detention centers and camps, the torture and murders of human beings in his custody, and his use of illegal weapons.

But These Officers Were Just Following Orders
These twenty two high ranking Nazis officers were "just following orders", they all pleaded "not guilty", they had to act in "self-defense" to protect Germany just in case other Jews someday found out what they did and sought revenge against Germany. United States Chief Nuremberg Prosecutor Benjamin Ferencz, here describing the Trials, Link only twenty nine years old, successfully prosecuted these officers, securing convictions in all cases, including SS General Dr Otto Ohlendorf, his first case, who was in charge of the Einsatzgruppen (Nazis Death Squads) Link thereby established the Nuremberg Principle that also applies to the nations that sat in judgement (United States, Britain, France, Russia), that aggression was added as a crime and "just following orders", and acting in "self-defense" in advance (pre-emptive war), were not valid excuses for the commission of war crimes, crimes against peace, and crimes against humanity. United States Chief Prosecutor at Nuremberg, Robert Jackson, started prosecuting at the very top of the Nazis chain of command and went after the highest level Nazis war criminals he could get his hands on-Goring, Hess, Keitel, Ribbentrop, Kaltenberg, Jodl, and others, securing convictions, and thereby establishing the precedent for prosecuting war criminals-start at the very top of the chain of command. Again, United States Chief Prosecutor at Nuremberg, Benjamin Ferencz, at twenty nine years of age, went after the highest level Nazis officers he could get his hands on at the Einsatzgruppen (Nazis Death Squads) Trials, including his first case, against mass murderer Nazis SS General Dr Otto Ohlendorf, who Ferencz prosecuted successfully, and was found guilty and hanged for the murders of over one million Jews all across Europe. Judge Garzon in Spain is following this vital and important precedent for maintaining and securing the peace of the world by going after the highest level Bush administration credibly accused war criminals he can get his hands on-those lawyers and other officials who drafted the legal cover for known Bush war crimes. Attorney General Eric Holder needs to go after the highest level credibly accused Bush administration war criminals that he can get his hands on-Bush, with command responsibility, Cheney, Rumsfeld, Rice, Powell, Franks-first before the others who were just following orders. Sadly, for the future peace of the world and humanity, Holder has indicated he may start investigating potential and probable Bush war crimes at the very bottom of the chain of command (just a few bad apples) and he may quickly discover it's a long way up to the top and he just doesn't have the time to get this done right. Holder may just turn the page and look carelessly forward to the future and by so doing he will set the stage for everyday and future war crimes appearing continuosly as the regular daily routine for this great nation.

Having confirmed that a copy of the book by former prosecutor, Vincent Bugliosi, entitled, “The Prosecution of George W. Bush for Murder”, has been duly delivered to you via US Mail, and having confirmed that the alleged mass murderer, one George W. Bush, is/remains at large in your community, residing openly at 10141 Daria Place, Dallas, TX, 75229-6630, I do hereby petition you to pursue the serious murder crimes documented extensively by Mr. Bugliosi.
In furtherance of the cause of justice, I hereby petition you to impanel a grand jury to receive evidence in this matter-evidence I am very confident will show that this alleged mass murderer, one George W.
