President Barack Obama Signs Hate Crimes Legislation Into Law
The Human Rights Campaign, the nation’s largest lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) civil rights organization, praised President Barack Obama today for signing the Matthew Shepard and James Byrd, Jr. Hate Crimes Prevention Act into law. The new law gives the Justice Department the power to investigate and prosecute bias-motivated violence where the perpetrator has selected the victim because of the person's actual or perceived race, color, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or disability. The legislation was added as a provision to the FY 2010 National Defense Authorization Act earlier this Summer. Read more.

"France Fines Black Comic For Anti-Semitism
(AFP) – PARIS — French judges ordered a far-right black comedian to pay 20,000 euros (30,000 dollars) Tuesday over an anti-Semitic stunt during a stage show in which he invited a notorious Holocaust denier onto stage.
The Paris court fined Dieudonne M'bala M'bala, a 43-year-old French stand up, 10,000 euros for his 'public anti-Semitic insults' and told him to pay a further 10,000 in damages and legal fees to organisations that sued him."

I fear that this new "Hate Crimes" law, that has been voted down time and time again, will end up having little to do with protecting the "Rights" of gays, lesbians, or any "dark skin" racial minorities . . . (you already had your Rights in the BILL OF RIGHTS!!!)
. . . but will instead be used as a "ZERO TOLERANCE" Federal Law to squelch any and all criticism of Zionism and the crimes carried out in this country (and around the world) by those real criminals that embrace this racist and sexist "Master Race" ideology of a so-called "New World Order" . . . Novus Ordo Seclorum . . .

I fear this law will prove to be merely a new "legal" tool especially targetting and shutting down my beloved new media of the Internet which I spent most of my lifetime helping to develop and build . . .
