Anybody with even the smallest Photoshop experience can tell you this sign has been altered. NO text on this sign matches the background of the sign. Also when you "jpg" a picture it breaks it down into groups of blocks. You can see these blocks that were created by the camera that originally "jpegged" the image. Now the blocks in this picture are distorted around all of the text. This is why photographers use RAW mode on their DSLR cameras. If you just blow it up to 400% you can see the discoloration around ALL of the text.
