Impeachment
It is a waste of time and energy. If this really went to Congress it would tie up any and all other truly necessary leglislation that the Country really needs. This is Bush's War the true thing is to make his and his cohorts lives miserable. Take away their pensions and medical benefits and let them swing and twist in the wind until January 2009. Then off their sent to the world court for crimes against humanity charges
